Wasn’t Windows Vista Supposed to Make Our Lives Easier?

September 12th, 2005 by Ken

Hmm, I swore that was the going catchphrase from Microsoft… If that’s the case, then why is Microsoft announcing SEVEN different versions of Vista?! Let’s see what we’ve got…

* Windows Vista Starter Edition
* Windows Vista Home Basic Edition
* Windows Vista Home Premium Edition
* Windows Vista Professional Edition
* Windows Vista Small Business Edition
* Windows Vista Enterprise Edition
* Windows Vista Ultimate Edition

I think they need to stick with the 2 versions. Home and Professional. What’s wrong with that? All I see here is an attempt at a money grab… Why break them down so much?
